EMEA Solution Delivery Manager (m/f/d)- Corporate, Commercial & Supply Chain

The position could be located in: Teesside (UK), Tielt (Belgium) or Dusseldorf (Germany)
  • Execute digital strategies and company-wide cross-functional initiatives to realize business targets, drive operational innovation
  • Responsible for major projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality-compliant completion (HR, reporting, CRM, etc.), while maximizing ROI through financial accounting practices
  • Eliminate information silos, standardize information systems, and implement digital platforms to optimize competitive advantage in critical business processes and cost reduction through digital technology
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive design and roadmap for information systems (cloud ecosystem) for the collection and analysis of group management data, coordinating progress with Japan HQ
  • Supervise the department and team members, ensuring their training and the implementation of various initiatives
  • Take overall responsibility for relevant business systems in response to domestic and international business alliances, establishing a support system that swiftly adapts to changes in the social and business environment from regional perspectives

  • University degree and several years of experience in managing business critical applications and ideally also large-scale IT projects
  • Experienced in managing people, business relationships and in coordinating with internal and external parties including management level
  • Experience in implementing projects in English
  • Highly specialized knowledge of information systems (including knowledge of system construction)
  • Team management skills
  • Knowledge of accounting/finance, corporate function operations and infrastructure and devices
  • Very good communication skills and a service oriented attitude and the understanding of collaboration
