Job description

· You will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, and you will be responsible for evaluating potential projects, as well as leading the tendering process to secure contracts for the development and construction of offshore wind farms.

· You’ll take on multidisciplinary, large, complex and high-profile bids, and will be laying the foundations for successful offshore wind farm projects. You will monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

· You’ll evaluate potential offshore wind projects, including site identification, feasibility studies, and market analysis. You’ll define technical, logistical and commercial solutions for construction and installation scopes of offshore wind projects.

· You will organize and lead the tendering process from the invitation to tender, to submission and to contract award. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, finance, legal, and project management teams to develop the best and most competitive proposal.

· You’ll negotiate contracts and agreements to secure project contracts , and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners and potential clients.

Jouw profiel

Your profile

• You obtained a Master Degree, or equivalent by experience .
• You have at least 5 years of relevant expertise with tendering or project management, preferably with regards to large infrastructure or utility-scale projects .
• Experience in renewable energy and Offshore Wind is a plus.
• Proven experience with stakeholder management .
• Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
