Junior Reliability Engineer Static Equipment (m/f/x)

Within the Antwerp Platform, we are looking for a Junior Reliability Engineer Static Equipment (m/f/x).

Your main tasks:

• Safety
  • Ensure that TOTALENERGIES HSEQ standards are followed:
• Performance follow up
  • Follow the performance of all static equipment.
  • Develop/calculate KPIs and communicate to the organization.
  • Develop/maintain databases and keep up to date (heat exchangers, safety valves, leak boxes & clamps).
• Bad actor programs
  • Maintain the existing bad actor programs. Prepare and facilitate multi-disciplinary bad actor work group. Prepare investment budget for bad actor program. Prepare and follow construction works for upgrades. Execute Management of Change process for rotating machinery.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis or internal investigations. Communicate results and action point and follow up.
  • Provide support for Extreme Value Analysis for heat exchangers.
• Projects
  • Support the local engineering and project team. Check and advice with engineering packages. Make sure that TOTALENERGIES Company specifications are implemented.
  • Develop and execute projects (Replacements & Betterments for Maintenance) within your field.
• Preventive en curative maintenance
  • Revise and validate preventive and predictive maintenance programs for static equipment. Prepare maintenance instructions for static equipment and support the maintenance teams. Be a valuable resource for others with questions concerning maintenance and operation of static equipment. Provide guidance for operation department.
  • Provide support for scope exercises and repair procedures for static equipment in turn arounds.
• Repairable spares and external maintenance
  • Organize and follow repairable spare workflow and external repairs of static equipment.
  • Quality and cost control of external repairs.
• Safety valve maintenance
  • Steer safety valve maintenance and follow the performance (works executed by external workshop).
  • Organize and lead performance review meetings and adjust test intervals accordingly.
  • Be responsible for necessary upgrades/projects.

• Master's in mechanical or electro mechanical engineering.
• Static equipment technical knowledge, knowledge of petrochemical equipment is a plus.
• Very good organizational and communication competencies.
• Team spirit and analytical mindset.
• Technical feeling and willing to take initiatives.
• Languages: good knowledge of Dutch and English. The knowledge of French is a plus.
