Business Process Analyst

Your responsibilties?

• Once leads become customers, you act as the bridge between the customer and the Hyper team.
• You plan, organize, control, and coordinate the delivery of our products, taking responsibility for their implementation.
• You visit customers, collaborate with their teams to increase satisfaction through training, collaboration, and brainstorming for new functionalities of their digital platform.
• You identify opportunities, potential bugs, and adjustments to processes or products, ensuring that the customer appreciates and continues to grow with your added value.
• You work in a young and tech-oriented environment with an open feedback culture that encourages initiatives and ideas.
• You collaborate closely with colleagues from other departments such as development, marketing, support, and leadership.
• You enjoy discussing how businesses operate and identifying needs in terms of workflows and business processes.
• You are ready to tackle more complex challenges and are not afraid to build expertise in advising companies at a strategic level, recognizing problems, and finding the best digital solutions.
• You are responsible for ensuring that our customers continually derive value from Hyper digital solutions and proactively and reactively assisting them to ensure product adoption and customer value.
• You identify project growth opportunities and guide your customers toward the optimal working environment.
• You adopt a proactive and hands-on attitude toward colleagues, the business, and end-users.

• You think, breathe, and speak in processes, providing a clear picture of the project at hand with each stakeholder. You work with clear schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• You can present, explain, and discuss things smoothly in front of a group of customers or colleagues.
• Preferably, you have some knowledge of B2B sales and believe in promoting the product as a consultant.
• You strongly believe in new technologies and have an affinity for digital applications (Process modeling, CMS, E-commerce, ERP, etc.).
• You work efficiently, with structure, and are stress-resistant and solution-minded.
• Ideally, you have an economic background (Bachelor in Applied Economic Sciences, Business Sciences, or Business Engineering) or have built up the necessary knowledge through initial work experience.
• Technical/developer basic knowledge is a plus.
• You speak fluently Dutch, French and English. Other languages are a plus.
