To strengthen their growing business, Oleon is looking for a Corporate Continuous Improvement & Energy Manager.
As a Corporate Continuous Improvement & Energy Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of the global continuous improvement (CI) and energy strategy in alignment with the group and global organization priorities. You will oversee the continuous improvement coordinator and energy specialist at each Oleon plant (Malaysia, US, Germany, France, UK, and Belgium). You support and coordinate value-added improvement projects focused on enhancing EBITDA, cash flow, cost reduction, health safety environment (HSE) and corporate social responsibility (CSR), while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
