Specialized residential real estate development company based in Luxembourg

PROJECT MANAGER

• You ensure the coordination of all stakeholders in real estate operations, from the consultation phase to the execution phase, both technically and financially, while respecting deadlines and specifications.
• In collaboration with technical teams, you analyze the project, prepare the necessary studies for its realization, coordinate the various complex administrative procedures for site opening with the competent authorities for permits and/or authorizations, as well as with insurers and banks (bank guarantees); you define the needs inherent to the successful completion of the project: technical methods, their applications, manpower and equipment, material quantities, suppliers as well as subcontractors; You plan interventions and the progress of the site with constant concern to ensure the technical and financial feasibility of the construction or real estate rehabilitation project.
• During the execution of works, you supervise the work of the site manager(s) and control it through regular meetings, site visits, and reports. You ensure the progress of works based on quality criteria, safety, compliance with schedules, and budget. You ensure the resolution of problems occurring on the site.
• As the main point of contact for the client, you provide regular reports to keep them informed of the situation and discuss possible adjustments.

• Level VII diploma in the construction field according to European certification or equivalent
• Minimum ten years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in French is essential
