Cloud Solution Architect - Security

Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) Security is accountable in ensuring customers get values from V&VA Staffing security solutions. Primarily will be working on stage ⚠ to ⚠ of V&VA Staffing Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM) - the consumption, operationalibility, and value realization of the solution; the CSA will be central in ensuring consumption of Azure (i.e. M⚠ E⚠, Defender for Cloud) and Unified support services through Value Based Delivery (VBD).

  • Land an end-to-end value prop for Security (i.e. Zero Trust, Modern SOC) which spans the breadth of V&VA Staffing Security offerings.
  • Empower customers in their V&VA Staffing Security adoption journey, helping them to define a Secure strategy, Architecture, and implementation of necessary security controls aligned with V&VA Staffing Azure and M⚠ E⚠ Security/Compliance Services including ID and Access management, Threat Protection, Cloud Security, Information Protection and Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Management.
  • Perform hands-on activities, supporting the customer in evaluating native security solutions in areas such as V&VA Staffing Defender for Cloud, Network Security, Sentinel, and Azure Active Directory, among others.
  • Accelerate Business Value of overall Azure adoption by improving security posture.
  • Apply technical knowledge to architect security solutions that meet business, IT, Regulation and Compliance needs, infusing key security technologies where appropriate.
  • Ensure that the solution exhibits “Secure by Design” or “Well-Architected” framework, such as high-performance levels, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
  • Run Architectural Design Session to build plan for implementing solution – governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment. Outcome is consensus on solution design and next steps toward production.
  • Be a Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Global Security teams at V&VA Staffing, Engineering and Product teams to remove blockers and influence the roadmap.
  • Trouble shoot technical issues to prove value of implementation of Azure technologies.
  • Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on the V&VA Staffing Azure platform.
  • Orchestrate technical resources that may be required to deliver business outcomes.
  • Relationship Building. Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior security executives in large or highly strategic accounts. Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on security solutions/projects.
  • Problem Solving. Ability to solve customer security, identity, compliance, and data protection problems through cloud technologies
  • Value Realization. Ability to understand customer business objectives and outcomes and ability to quickly leverage tech solutions to accomplish those outcomes.
  • Trusted Technical Advisor. Ability to build relationships with senior security stakeholders and quickly build credibility and be viewed as a trusted advisor.
  • The technical aptitude and experience to learn new cloud security technologies and understand relevant cloud security market trends.
  • Competitive Landscape: Knowledge of cloud security platforms and competitors
  • Partners: Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field multiple years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting ○ OR equivalent experience • multiple years of experience in solution delivery experience in Security specialized solution providers. • Two or more of the following Security and Compliance solutions: Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint/Extended Detection and Response (EDR/XDR), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), Information Protection/Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Advanced Identity Protection, and/or User Entity Behavioral Analytics (UEBA), Network Infrastructure, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Application Gateways or Proxies, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Software-Defined Networking, and/or Zero Trust Network Architecture, or OT/IoT Security Solutions.

  • English : proficient user.
  • Any other European language will be considered a plus.
