Our client is a high-tech innovative and fast growing metal processing company in Central Limburg. Customers are internationally renowned OEMs from various industries. In the light of their further professionalization and quality improvements, we are currently looking for a Quality Manager.

• Responsibility for the overall quality management (QA and QC) in the service center.
• Follow up quality control through spot checks, take action in case of non-conformity and inform customers.
• Define the audit program, carry out and organise internal audits, define and follow up on corrective actions and act as a contact person for customers in case of external audits and customer claims.
• Manage risks and preventive measures: update FMEA's, contingency & control plans.
• Monitor the condition and calibration of the measuring equipment.
• Take care of quality documentation, provide training to employees regarding quality topics and support the sales department by analysis of customer specific requirements.
• Report to the Managing Director.

• A higher technical education or equivalent through experience.
• A solid experience in quality positions, preferably in the automotive or metal industry.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards, including IATF ⚠.
• Familiarity with FMEA methodology and automotive core tools (PPAP, APQP, ⚠D…)
• Result-oriented, meticulous and organizationally strong.
• Fluent in Dutch or German, and solid knowledge of English.
