In Antwerp, B&V Team has one of the most efficient integrated platforms for refining and petrochemicals. B&V Team M&E Link (TERA) is one of the most modern and diversified refineries in Europe and the largest in Belgium.

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager zone Business Team (m/f/x). The position is based in Antwerp.

The Maintenance Manager zone Business Team is responsible for ensuring that the assets in the Business Team are maintained at the best possible cost and at the same time that the availability and reliability of the technical installations are optimized. Maintenance budgets are under constant pressure.
The financial impact is very high when installations are not available for production, creating a constant objective of reducing plant and equipment downtime.

As the Maintenance Manager Zone Business Team Oil Movement (BTOM), you are in charge of:

* The general maintenance (routine and non-routine, preventive and corrective) Business Team OM; Managing a team of ⚠ employees and the external partners.

* Be responsible for all maintenance operations and activities (static, rotating, electrical, instrumentation, civil works, ...) in the business team (BT) according to TERA HSE rules.

* Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for activities executed on the business area and determine priorities in accordance with Production.

* Manage continuous improvement within the TCKR Link maintenance governance structure, including the monitoring of daily, weekly and monthly KPI's, associated performance rituals, VPM (Visual performance management) and problem solving at the right level.

* Be leader in preparation and execution of the maintenance works during emergency shutdowns/slowdowns.

* Be a Back-up for another Manager Zone BT.

* Design and construct small projects (piping, structural steel, machinery, decommissioning).

• You have a master's degree in electrotechnical engineering with a solid technical experience in maintenance of ⚠ years, by preference technical specialism on static and/or rotating equipment.
• A basic knowledge on electrical and instrumental discipline is a prerequisite.
• You are an experienced team leader with strong communication skills who knows how to lead and motivate his/her team.
• You have an analytical mind and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English. The knowledge of French is a plus.
