As our Commercial Director Running, you'll dive deep into consumer behavior and local trends, shaping the Belgian market for your sport. With a keen eye on digital, circular economy, and service needs, you'll craft winning sport strategies that resonate with our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Gather and interpret market data to understand consumer behavior and local trends, shaping the Belgian potential market for your sport.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop short, mid, and long-term sport strategic plans, engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
  • Communication Collaboration : Co-create communication plans with campaign managers, ensuring seamless integration with overarching strategies.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Identify and prioritize customer segments, tailoring offerings to meet their evolving needs.
  • Financial Management: Pilot economic trends, ensuring reliable financial management and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Omni-channel Excellence: Define and deploy the best omni-offer, curating product selections, local offerings, and services to enhance customer experience.
  • Commercial Innovation: Energize commercial dynamics by animating key moments throughout the year, prioritizing cities and stores for maximum impact.
