Procurement Officer

A company located in Louvain La Neuve is looking for a Procurement Officer for an interim mission of 6 months. As a Procurement Officer, you are responsible for the planning and administration of all procurement activities. Join a team of around 40 nationalities working at more than 45 different sites on 3 continents, offering you the opportunity to make a direct impact in the fight against cancer. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for :

• Work with several services within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain department.
• Ensure the procurement administration and follow-up : Assign Purchase Requests, create Purchase Orders, follow up orders confirmation and deliveries, follows up payment process and maintain procurement database.
• Manage supplier's day to day contacts and manage claims against suppliers for unsatisfactory materials or equipment.
• Ensure the administration of invoice dispute management and Purchase Order regularization in SAP.
• Coordinate procurement activities with internal customers (planning, manufacturing, customer service, R&D.
• Ensure Supplier Delivery Performance through KPI's follow-up.

Profile of the ideal of the Procurement Officer :

• You are very fluent in French and English ;
• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience (3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position) ;
• Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and SAP ;
• Flexible and stress resistant person with effective organizing and problem-solving skill ;
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office (any ERP is a nice to have).

In return, our client offers:

• A temporary contract of 6 months.
• A salary between 3200 to 3800€ gross/month.
