Internship Talent Officer | HR Tech

Our mission is to make recruitment available for every company. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Talent Trainee to join us and contribute to the development of our platform. You will join a young and dynamic team, based in Brussels. Our start-up has its own offices made of an open space and sales floor.

● Work with the Human Resources team to identify, attract and recruit the best
talent.
● Participate in defining recruitment needs and develop attractive job
descriptions.
● Conduct selection interviews to assess candidates' skills and culture.
● Contribute to the improvement of recruitment and talent management processes
at our partners.
● Understand deeply the needs of our latest clients
● Give the best advice to owners in terms of recruitment.
● Follow-up the evolution of our latest partners.
● Meet & greet our clients when they hired successfully.

● Student in human resources management or psychology is preferred nevertheless
other orientation can also suit.
● You speak either French or Dutch and you have a good level in English.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● “Can-do” mentality.
● Available for a minimum 3 or 4-month internship
