EU Program Manager - Operations

We are seeking a talented Program Manager to join our Ops Excellence team to play an instrumental role in the evolution of our EU External Fulfilment (EF) network.

With 30+ sites operating flexible solutions, EF provides network capacity solve, special fulfilment, and market expansion solutions across EU7. As EF undergoes a technological shift to Amazon Fulfilment Technology eXternalized (AFT-X), we need to standardize E2E (IB, ICQA, OB) process paths leveraging CF support function through integrated model and best practices sharing mechanisms. Ultimate goal is to develop at scale EU EF Operations with best in class operational execution in EU and ultimately in other regions across the globe.

As EF OE Program Manager, you will have a high impact pan-EU role responsible for developing and standardizing how the EF network will operate with AFT WMS. The portfolio of assignments will mainly focus on:

• Support AFTx site launches from (1) RFQ to secure vendor technical offers matching AFTx operational requirement, (2) Pre-launch creating standard tools and mechanisms to leverage CF function to support on launches and (3) Post launch securing best in class AFTx operational process
• Support AFTx migration on existing buildings partnering with EF AFTx PM and EF Ops to convert 3PL building to Amazon WMS.
• Implement AFT tool working with EF TPM on the AFT tools externalisation roadmap and conduct tool/process change management with EF Ops based on prioritizations.
• Support our central operational service team (COS) with data analysis to prioritize support on AFtx productivity/Quality improvement requirement
• Frame process standardization model for our central operational service team to help develop best practices sharing and standard content creation across the EF network
• Integrate EF 3PL into our CF support organization (EU ACES, Ops Engineering, LCS, ICQA) establishing a strong partnership with ACES/L&D/Benchmarking CF teams to capture & transfer into EF the latest features & best practices from AFT, keeping 3PL Legacy & AFTx buildings at par with the latest FC benchmarks

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• employee management experience
• Operational experience in Inbound, Outbound, ICQA, Flow Control
• Proven track record of delivering solutions/mechanisms to problems based on data
• Successful implementation of process improvements & simplifications
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel & Intermediate BI skills (SQL)
• Experience working with external stakeholders
• Fluent command of English, excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Minimum 20% travel, and in some cases minimum 40% travel
