Our client that is an international IT consultancy firm is looking for a Junior Business Facilitator. You will be joining a team of 5 other business facilitators, and you will be working in the centre of Brussels.

As a Junior Business Facilitator, you will help manage the following tasks:

• Creation, follow-up and quality control of the information of client projects;
• Collect, validate and analyze billing documents (Timesheets, Purchase orders) and subcontractor's invoices & related payments;
• Collect, control and perform 1st level expense reports validation;
• Client Invoicing and follow-up;
• Weekly monitoring of contracts, PO's and client's overdue payments.

As a Junior Business Facilitator you have the following profile:

• A bachelor's degree in business management or accountancy.
• A first experience in credit collection, accounting, finance, or billing is an asset.
• Have an advanced Excel
• Knowledge of Navision is a plus.
• A very good level of English, Dutch and/or French, spoken and written.
• You have a strong professional conscience and are recognized for your rigor, initiative and synthesis.
