What do we expect from you?

· Act as point of contact for users in case of logistic control system and network management problems

· Analysing problems and questions reported by end-users and diagnosing both hardware and software issues

· Resolving and administering reported problems and queries

· Contacting suppliers, commissioning and checking repairs

· Install and configure all hardware and software systems.

· Submission and follow-up of tickets

· Point of contact of Cyber Security (Cyber Security Role as Cyber Security Champ)

Jouw profiel

Who are you?

· You write and speak English, knowledge of Dutch or French

· You are able to independently analyse, report and fix IT problems

· You are able to prioritise and creative to find solutions

• De opvolggegevens van interventies registreren en de informatie doorgeven aan de betrokken dienst
• Het materiaal en de uitrusting schoonmaken en instellen
• Informatica-uitrusting demonteren en de onderdelen sorteren met het oog op hergebruik of recyclage
• De werkpost configureren aan de behoeften van de gebruiker en functietests uitvoeren
• Kosten en herstellingstermijnen inschatten en een kostenraming voor de interventie opmaken
• De middelen bepalen die nodig zijn om het probleem op te lossen en de oproep indien nodig bijsturen (onderhoud ter plaatse, gespecialiseerde technicus, ...)
• Onderdelen van informatica- of bureautica-uitrusting assembleren of integreren
• Informatica- of bureautica-uitrusting installeren of configureren: Uitrustingen in de klantomgeving
• Informatica- of bureautica-uitrusting installeren of configureren: Netwerkserver
• Oude versies van informatica- of bureauticasystemen implementeren (tijdelijke oplossing)
• Een netwerk van informatica- of bureauticamateriaal bekabelen
• Informatica- of bureautica-uitrusting installeren of configureren: Standaardconfiguratie op een werkpost
• Defecte componenten of stukken vervangen of herstellen
• Een hardware- of softwareprobleem vanop afstand diagnosticeren
• Een interventie uitvoeren: Ter plaatse of bij klanten
• Een interventie uitvoeren: Vanop afstand
• De gebruiker begeleiden bij het oplossen van problemen of van op afstand de controle nemen over het systeem
• De tussenkomsten bepalen op basis van informatie van de helpdesk, de hotline en informatiedossiers
