Senior EHSSS Specialist/Preventieadviseur (M/V/X)

Avantor is momenteel op zoek naar een Senior EHSSS Specialist/Preventieadviseur om ons EHS team te versterken! In deze functie werk je op onze site in Haasrode terwijl je ook samenwerkt en kennis deelt met onze EHS Specialisten in heel Europa. Je zal ook essentiële trainingen voorzien voor onze teams en afdelingen, aanspreekpunt zijn voor best practices en ervoor zorgen dat iedereen op de site bijdraagt aan de veiligheidscultuur!
Op onze site is er zowel een Distributiecentrum als een Productieafdeling aanwezig, waardoor er verschillende projecten of initiatieven mogelijk zijn om een impact te maken!

Wat we zoeken

• Opleiding: Hoger opgeleid (bij voorkeur) en certificaat Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
• Ervaring: Eerdere ervaring opgedaan in de chemische sector.
• Kennis van procesveiligheid en Atex
• Ervaren interne auditor (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 bij voorkeur)
• Talenkennis: Vloeiende communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels

Hoe jij een verschil kan maken

• Thema's ontwikkelen in overeenstemming met het EHS3-organisatiebeleid in België
• Coördineren van het introductie- en trainingsproces met betrekking tot de Seveso III-voorschriften
• Ondersteuning met jouw technische expertise voor de toepassing van procesveiligheid
• Invoeren en bewaken van EHS-processen en documentatie voor de distributie- en logistieke afdelingen
• EHS3-audits uitvoeren tegen een ontwikkeld programma
• Ondersteunen en coördineren van incident- en observationele veiligheidsonderzoeken met behulp van root cause analysis-technieken
• Bijhouden van records en gedocumenteerde informatie met betrekking tot de EHS3-functie
