Tectero BV provides engineering and management services for the oil, gas, construction, steel and mining sectors, public authorities, brownfield developers, waste and landfill operators. Tectero BV develops new products and process technologies in the field of green and renewable chemistry. We have a strong focus on nonthermal plasma conversion for liquids and gases for chemical (plant oil polymerisation, syngas, hydrogen, CO2) and environmental (PFAS destruction) applications

• You adjust them
• Control
• planning
• in short, everything from A to Z

Jouw profiel

• First experience as a CNC Lathe/Miller behind you,
• Working independently is not a problem for you,
• Good English

• De productie opstarten en bewaken (preproductie, serieproductie, ...)
• Gegevens voor productie- en kwaliteitsopvolging registreren (storingen, interventies, ...)
• De snijinstrumenten monteren en afstellen, het stuk positioneren en vastzetten en de bewerkingsparameters instellen (snelheid, voortgang, doorvoer, smering, ...)
• Gereedschappen voor het plaatsen, opspannen en klemmen van de stukken aanpassen
• Preventief of correctief basisonderhoud van machines of uitrustingen uitvoeren
• De verschillende bewerkingsfases en de afstelwaarden (tolerantie, positie, oppervlaktestaat, ...) van het stuk en het gereedschap bepalen
• Storingen aan een machine opmerken en aanpassingen doorvoeren
• De geproduceerde stukken controleren

• A full-time position in daytime hours from 7.30am - 4pm (Mon-Fri),
