IT Application Manager (m/f/d)

Following the company-wide introduction of the ERP solution proAlpha, we would like to strengthen our IT department on a full-time, permanent basis in order to optimize the use and further development of the system.

Your area of responsibility

• Support and further development of the ERP system proAlpha incl. EDI applications and interfaces to Hydra and CAQ
• Analysis, optimization and adaptation of processes
• Documentation and reporting
• Communication with the system houses and specialist departments
• Project management with responsibility for implementation and control
• Supervision and support of key users in their daily work

Your profile

• At least completed vocational training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the introduction and support of ERP systems ideally proAlpha
• Sound knowledge of the processes of an industrial company
• Experience in project management and process mapping
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Communication and integration skills
• Knowledge of working with SQL databases
