What you can expect

As a Business Analyst, you will work with various specialist departments of the Directorate to collect, evaluate, document and manage the technical requirements for IT support of business processes, in particular for the introduction of e-file solutions. You will carry out analyses and optimizations of sometimes complex processes while at the same time considering the respective framework conditions and design or model (alternative) solution concepts together with the specialist architects.

As part of change management, you support the implementation of the solutions.

You have

  • a successfully completed university degree in the field of computer science, administrative informatics or business informatics or
  • a successfully completed university degree

and

  • particularly outstanding specialist knowledge with several years (at least two years) of practical experience in the field of requirements management and in accompanying organizational changes

In particular, you bring with you

  • Specialist knowledge: Knowledge of the methods and tools of requirements management and the requirements management process, IT and technology knowledge, experience in digitization projects
  • Service and service orientation
  • Communication skills, especially presentation and negotiation skills

The following are an advantage

  • Experience in business process management
  • Experience in project and risk management
  • Experience in agile process models (e.g. SCRUM)
